IT Systems Business Support Officer.

IT Systems & Support Limited is seeking a proactive IT Systems Business Support Officer to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive high-quality support with data protection compliance and Management Information Systems (MIS) services, particularly SIMS and Arbor within schools.

You will act as the key point of contact for supported customers, providing expert advice on UK GDPR compliance, delivering MIS training and troubleshooting data protection issues. You’ll also contribute to the development of digital resources, policies and procedures, helping both our clients and our business to thrive.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on and monitor GDPR/data protection compliance.

• Support and train schools in the use of SIMS and Arbor MIS software.

• Deliver training sessions and create learning materials.

• Manage support requests, troubleshooting and liaising with vendors.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.

• Experience with SIMS and Arbor software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
